Hi Backers! 

We are thrilled to share some fantastic news about Quest Decks 2.0! The decks are now safely with our shipping partner and are all set to start their journey to you starting next week. Please look for emails from Backerkit in coming weeks with tracking information - more on that below. 

Tracking Your Order 

To keep you in the loop every step of the way, you will receive an email with your tracking information once your Quest Deck 2.0 is on its way. Additionally, you can also find this information in the BackerKit pledge manager.

Manufacturing Complete, Decks Headed to Our Warehouse

Hey Everyone,

Good news up front: Manufacturing is complete, and the Quest Decks 2.0 are currently being shipped to us. Let's get into the details.

Manufacturing Update

We did hit a couple of snags, particularly some art delays during the final press stage. This is set us back about 15 days from our original expected timeline. But our printing partners prioritized the decks to get them done ASAP, and they are now printed and headed to us so we can begin fulfillment.

Logistics and Shipping

The Quest Decks 2.0 are on their way to us, however it can be up to 45 days in transit depending on customs. Now that it's on its way that we will send another update when they arrive and we start shipping pledges. We are cautiously hoping to start shipping out Quest Decks before Halloween.

Make sure your Backerkit address is up-to-date. You can make changes up until we start the final shipping process. We'll send out a reminder just before locking down the addresses, giving you an extra 48-hour window to make any last-minute adjustments.

All Remaining Rough Draft Decks Available!

Hi all, 

Apologies for the delayed update: with the timeline we focused on getting all of the decks revised before posting again. However, we're excited to announce today that all remaining decks have been distributed for your feedback! You should receive any decks you backed for in your pledge manager. 

Please send feedback

We are closing in on preparing the decks for printing, so please send us your feedback! As a reminder the easiest way to give us feedback is in the following format:

Deck name, PDF page number, your comment(s).

For example: Notice Board, 34, used the wrong tense of your (should be you're).

The best way to send us feedback is on our discord. You can also e-mail your comments in a word document to us at [email protected].
